Executive Housekeeper Manager

We are looking for a well-organized and experienced Executive Housekeeper Manager to lead our housekeeping team in Nairobi.

 The ideal candidate must have at least 5 years of experience in the hotel industry, with strong leadership skills and attention to detail.

• Supervise and manage the housekeeping staff
• Ensure all guest rooms and public areas are clean and well-maintained
• Plan work schedules and assign duties to staff
• Monitor cleaning supplies and manage inventory
• Train new staff and maintain high cleaning standards
• Inspect rooms and facilities to ensure quality service
• Handle guest requests and complaints professionally
• Work closely with other departments to support hotel operations

• Minimum 5 years of experience in hotel housekeeping management
   

• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Good knowledge of cleaning procedures and safety standards
• Ability to manage a team and work under pressure
• Honest, reliable, and detail-oriented
