Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage the housekeeping staff
- Ensure all guest rooms and public areas are clean and well-maintained
- Plan work schedules and assign duties to staff
- Monitor cleaning supplies and manage inventory
- Train new staff and maintain high cleaning standards
- Inspect rooms and facilities to ensure quality service
- Handle guest requests and complaints professionally
- Work closely with other departments to support hotel operations
