Job Summary
We are looking for a Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team. If you are detail-oriented, passionate about hospitality, and experienced in leading housekeeping operations, we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate room attendants, cleaners, and laundry staff
- Inspect rooms & public areas to maintain top cleanliness standards
- Train, coach, and motivate the housekeeping team
- Prepare daily work schedules & manage inventories
- Handle guest requests and resolve concerns promptly
- Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards
Required Qualifications
Diploma in Hospitality Management (preferred)
2–3 years of housekeeping experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role (hotel/resort preferred)
